- The Power of the Poor explores the role property rights and legal institutions can play in economic development, as well as how global capitalism can help the world’s poor. The blog contest is designed to explore these ideas, as well.
- The contest will run from September 10, 2009 through October 1, 2009. The winner will be announced on the contest page on October 8.
